1. Generally, if air enters the oil interior of a single- or double-beam bridge crane, it will cause the oil pressure to lose balance; air bubbles will gradually form inside. When the bubbles follow the oil flow and reach a high-pressure area, their volume will be compressed. At this point, the volume change of the bubbles will generate noise.

2. When single-beam or double-beam bridge cranes operate, noise may also be generated due to interference between components. In this case, the noise occurring is influenced by density errors of the workpieces.

3. The unstable performance of the overflow valve inside the single-beam and double-beam bridge crane can also cause the equipment to vibrate, thereby generating noise.

So how to deal with the noise of double-beam crane?
