Before using an electric hoist, it is necessary to inspect both the mechanical and electrical components of the equipment. The steel wire rope, lifting hook, limiter, etc. should be in good condition, the electrical part should be free of leakage, and the grounding device should be in good working order.

2. When starting to lift heavy objects, the operation should be stopped when the load is 100mm off the ground to check the braking condition of the electric hoist. Only after confirming that it is in good condition can the operation be officially carried out. During outdoor operations, a rainproof shed should be set up.

3. If any abnormalities such as abnormal odor or high temperature occur during the operation of the electric hoist, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and can only be used again after the fault is eliminated.

4. When using a hanging cable electrical control switch, the insulation should be good and the sliding should be smooth. There should be a 2m open space behind the person's standing position, and the electrical button should be operated correctly.

5. During lifting, if the load loses control and slides due to a malfunction, emergency measures must be taken to lower the load to an unoccupied area. Rapid descent is not allowed during lifting.
